Corey was admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio in 2012 and in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 2013. During law school, Corey spent time working for both plaintiff and defense sided civil litigation law firms. He also clerked for judges at both the trial and appellate level. He has prosecuted and successfully resolved injury and tort claims in multiple jurisdictions throughout the country.

In addition to his personal injury practice, Corey has an active trial practice in other areas of law.
