Attorney Ryan D. Ingram, the son of J. Gerald Ingram, graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2007 and received his Juris Doctorate from the Michigan State University College of Law in 2010. Ryan was admitted to practice in Ohio in 2010 and is also admitted to Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy course in 2011.
Ryan’s practice is dedicated solely to criminal defense with a primary focus on OVI/DUI defense. Ryan understands the personal, legal, and financial ramifications of being charged with an OVI in Ohio. He is well versed in raising scientific and constitutional challenges to all aspects of an OVI case from the traffic stop through chemical testing and arrest. He has attending multiple trainings seminars on standardized field sobriety testing, chemical testing, and other aspects of OVI defense and prosecution. Ryan has successfully defended thousands of individuals charged with OVI throughout the Mahoning valley and across the state of Ohio. Ryan understands that each case is different and utilizes a holistic approach to mitigate or eliminate the serious ramifications associated with being charged with an OVI in the state of Ohio. He is highly rated by his former client’s who praise him for his tenacity in court, ornate knowledge of the legal system, and his practical abilities to garnish positive results for each and every client.
Ryan is a former president of the Mahoning County Bar Association and currently serves as a trustee. He has been active in the Mahoning County Bar association throughout his career and has served in various roles including as co-chair of the criminal courts committee, which serves as a liaison between the criminal defense bar and the Mahoning County judiciary.
He brings over fifteen years of criminal defense experience and has successfully defended clients charged with crimes ranging from murder and rape to minor traffic infractions.
In his free time, Ryan likes to spend time with his wife, Alecia, and their two daughters, Isabella and Emilia. Additionally, Attorney Ingram enjoys skiing as well as playing soccer and golf.
